WELCOME TO THE KCREW TEAM!

Being a KCREW Brand Representative is more than receiving a title or discount. It means actively supporting our brand, promoting our merchandise, and helping KCREW grow.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept the following expectations.

1. REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

All KCREW representatives agree to:

  • Represent KCREW positively and professionally.
  • Support and promote KCREW merchandise.
  • Participate in agreed promotional activities.
  • Communicate respectfully with the owner, customers, and fellow representatives.
  • Follow through on agreed responsibilities.
  • Follow all KCREW policies.

2. WEEKLY PROMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of TWO (2) qualifying promotional posts per week is required.

Qualifying content may include:

  • Facebook or Instagram posts
  • TikTok videos
  • Product photos or videos
  • New collection announcements
  • Other approved KCREW promotional content

Posts must meaningfully feature or promote KCREW merchandise.

Representatives must clearly disclose their relationship with KCREW when endorsing products, including any discounts or incentives they receive.

Repeated failure to meet posting requirements without an approved exception may result in disciplinary action.

3. MONTHLY PURCHASE REQUIREMENT

All active representatives agree to purchase at least ONE (1) qualifying KCREW merchandise item per calendar month.

  • Representatives may choose any available qualifying merchandise.
  • Purchases must be completed and paid for during the applicable month.
  • Representative discounts may be used on eligible purchases.
  • No automatic purchases or charges will be made under this agreement.
  • KCREW does not hold inventory without payment.

Failure to meet the monthly purchase requirement may result in a written warning.

Representatives may voluntarily leave the program without an additional termination fee.

4. REPRESENTATIVE DISCOUNTS

20% PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE DISCOUNT

All active KCREW representatives receive 20% off eligible merchandise for personal purchases.

  • This discount is for the representative only.
  • Personal discount codes may not be shared.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless approved.
  • Misuse of the discount may result in disciplinary action.

10% FRIENDS & FAMILY DISCOUNT

Every active representative receives a 10% discount code to share with friends, family, and potential customers.

  • The code may be shared to promote KCREW.
  • The code applies to eligible merchandise.
  • Representatives may not change the discount percentage.
  • Representatives must follow KCREW’s promotional guidelines.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

KCREW does not automatically provide additional store credit, free merchandise, commissions, or monetary rewards.

Any additional benefits must be approved in a separate written agreement.

Discount privileges end when representative status ends.

5. PAYMENT & INVOICE REQUIREMENTS

ALL MANUAL INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS.

  • Full payment is required before orders are processed.
  • Unpaid invoices may be canceled after 24 hours.
  • KCREW does not hold merchandise without payment.
  • Repeated unpaid invoices may result in disciplinary action.
  • Representatives are responsible for ensuring their orders are paid.

6. PROFESSIONALISM & CONDUCT

All representatives must conduct themselves respectfully.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment or threats related to brand activities
  • Fraudulent orders
  • Unauthorized use of KCREW branding
  • Misrepresentation of products or company policies
  • Misuse of representative discounts
  • Repeated failure to fulfill agreed responsibilities

Representatives may not claim to own KCREW or make unauthorized business commitments on its behalf.

7. COMMUNICATION

Representatives are expected to maintain reasonable communication with KCREW.

If a representative cannot fulfill an agreed responsibility, they should communicate with the owner as soon as reasonably possible.

KCREW understands that representatives have personal responsibilities outside the brand.

8. WRITTEN WARNING POLICY

For ordinary violations of representative expectations, KCREW follows a one-warning procedure.

First Violation: Written Warning

The representative will receive a written notice explaining the violation and required corrective action.

Correction Period

The representative will have 7 calendar days to correct the issue when correction is reasonably possible.

Continued or Repeated Violations

Failure to correct the issue, or another violation after a written warning, may result in termination of representative status.

Serious misconduct, including fraud, threats, harassment, or intentional misuse of company property, may result in immediate removal without a prior warning.

9. TERMINATION OF REPRESENTATIVE STATUS

KCREW may terminate representative participation for violations of this agreement, subject to applicable law.

Representatives may voluntarily resign by notifying the owner in writing.

Upon termination:

  • The 20% personal representative discount will end.
  • The 10% friends-and-family code may be deactivated.
  • Representative privileges will end.
  • The individual must stop identifying themselves as an active KCREW representative.
  • Unauthorized use of representative-only materials must stop.
  • Existing paid orders will continue to be handled according to store policies.

10. REPRESENTATIVE RELATIONSHIP

Participation in this program does not grant ownership or authority to act on behalf of KCREW.

The legal nature of the relationship depends on the actual working arrangement and applicable law. Nothing in this agreement waives employment or other rights that may apply.

11. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing below, I confirm that:

  • I have read and understand this agreement.
  • I agree to make at least two qualifying promotional posts per week.
  • I agree to purchase at least one qualifying KCREW merchandise item per month while participating.
  • I understand my personal representative discount is 20%.
  • I understand my friends-and-family discount code is 10%.
  • I understand invoices must be paid within 24 hours.
  • I understand KCREW does not hold inventory without payment.
  • I understand the written warning and removal procedures.
  • I agree to represent KCREW professionally.

I voluntarily accept the terms of this agreement.
