Payment

Full payment is required when placing a preorder.

Production & Availability

Preorder merchandise may not be immediately available.

Estimated production and delivery dates will be communicated when available.

Delays

Vendor production and shipping schedules may affect fulfillment dates.

If KCREW cannot meet the applicable shipping deadline, customers will be offered the options required by law, including cancellation and a refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are subject to production status and applicable consumer rights.

Combined Orders

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder merchandise may ship together when disclosed at checkout.
